EUROSEAM™ METAL CLADDING
Azoda™ Flat Lock Metal Cladding
EuroSeam™ Standing Angle Seam Metal Cladding is available in a range of premium materials, formed from:
Pre-Painted Steel: 0.55 – 0.75 BMT (e.g., Colorsteel, ColorCote, Linked Premium Metals)
Copper: 0.55 – 0.90 BMT
Aluminum: 0.80 – 0.90 BMT, pre-painted or plain (e.g., Euramax, Alumiguard, Altimate)
Zinc: 0.70 – 1.00 mm (e.g., VMZINC and comparable systems)
EuroSeam™ is offered in two rib heights: 25mm and 38mm, both maintaining a standard pan width of 490mm overall. The 25mm rib is suitable for both roofing and wall cladding applications, while the 38mm rib offers greater structural depth and aesthetic impact, particularly in high-exposure zones or architectural highlights.
EuroSeam™ can also be custom-formed to suit tapered, curved, or convex design requirements. The pan width may be adjusted to complement the geometry of the building envelope, enabling symmetry and visual balance across complex elevations.
The system is mechanically fixed over a minimum 15mm stress-grade 11 plywood substrate with support framing at 800mm centres, or alternatively, 17mm plywood at 900mm centres.
Linked Group supplies the complete EuroSeam™ system componentry, including:
Custom-engineered expansion and fixed clips to suit both rib heights
Compatible and compliant fixings
EuroSeamVent™ ventilation strips, which are installed vertically within the pan to create a concealed airflow pathway. This design assists in passive ventilation while reducing the appearance of oil-canning for a more refined façade.
